Workshops

Our popular workshops are run during the autumn and winter months.  We run five a year.  These are led by an established artist or craftsperson and are open to members only.  Numbers are limited, the workshops must be booked in advance and places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Workshops are run on Saturdays usually at Bovingdon Green Village Hall which is open from 9.30am to allow time to set up for a 10am start.  The artist will demonstrate techniques as the day goes on and offer individual help and advice to all participants. At the end of the day, around 3.30pm the artist leading the workshop will carry out a short appraisal of everyone’s work and the day finishes at 4pm.

Workshops are a wonderful opportunity to try something new or improve your skills in a supportive environment with help and advice on hand.

A small fee is charged to cover the cost the tutor and hall hire.
